How many times have you heard the saying:  To sing is to pray twice?
This originated from St. Augustine and this form of prayer is one of many reasons why we sing!  Most important:  Singing allows us to praise our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Another goal is to directly connect song to the Sacred Liturgy.  The sacred music is not used to eclipse the word of God but to enhance the readings for each week.  

At Our Lady of Fatima, our ministry’s mission is to illuminate the pathway to encounter Jesus in new and deeper ways.  As a community, we pray together and in communion with one another; we sing!
